    Professional liability insurer

    Lawyers are required by the Federal Lawyers' Act to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 250,000.00. The details are set out in § 51 BRAO. The law firm's current insurance coverage is four times the amount of the legally required minimum coverage.
