First consultation
If you are a consumer, i.e. the legal problem does not arise from your commercial or self-employed activity, you should make use of the option of an "First consultation" pursuant to Section 34 (1) sentence 3 RVG.
Simply call us(089) 442398 74 or contact us by e-mail.We can clarify in advance whether your problem is suitable for an "First consultation" and what specific costs you can expect. There are no costs associated with the mere inquiry.
The "First consultation" serves as a first initial consultation on a legal problem for a consumer (Section 34 (1) sentence 3 RVG). The fees for this amount to between EUR 45.00 plus VAT and a maximum of EUR 190.00 plus VAT, depending on the scope and value of the matter. Depending on the problem, an initial consultation can also be offered at a flat rate.
Advice that goes beyond an initial consultation, advice for companies, legal opinions
If you are an entrepreneur and/or would like a review and advice on your matter that goes beyond the initial consultation, simply call (089) 442398 74 or contact us by e-mail and find out in advance about the specific fees incurred. Depending on the requested activity, the remuneration can be agreed as a fixed price or according to time spent.
Your request for fees does not constitute a lawyer's contract and therefore no fees will be incurred by you. Upon receipt of your inquiry, you will be informed of the expected legal fees. You can then decide on this basis whether you wish to place a corresponding consultation order.
Legal representation in court proceedings, arbitration and administrative proceedings as well as pre-litigation
If you wish to be represented by a lawyer, be it before authorities, courts, arbitration boards or pre-litigation against your opponent, the lawyer's work will generally be billed in accordance with the German Lawyers' Fees Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz). It is essential to note this:
If there is a deadline (i.e. court deadlines, appeal deadlines, limitation periods, response deadlines, etc.), you must call ((089) 442398 74), before or when you send your documents so that the lawyer can be instructed and the deadline can be met in a timely and binding manner.
The mere sending of documents does not constitute a contract with a lawyer. Accordingly, no measures to meet deadlines will be taken without an expressly issued mandate accepted by the lawyer.
