Residential property law/Ownership of apartments
Since the Act on the ownership of apartments came into force in 1951, condominium ownership and partial ownership have become increasingly popular. The possibility of independently forming condominiums that are eligible for entry in the land register within a single building makes it possible to acquire one's own property at reasonable prices, whether for personal use or as a capital investment for the purpose of renting.

Even outside of multi-storey residential buildings, such as in terraced houses, condominium ownership has now found a wide range of applications.
The structure of condominium ownership requires the interests of the individual owner and the interests of the owners' association to be reconciled. This inevitably harbours a not inconsiderable potential for legal conflict, which must be resolved.
This makes it all the more important for condominium owners, administrators and administrative advisory boards to obtain sound legal support in areas of conflict relating to condominium ownership law.
